Position available: Manson EXO Louvre Roof Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to present the Manson EXO Louvre Roof brand to the retail and commercial markets.

This exciting opportunity to join an iconic and growing family business, working with a high-performance team to grow sales and market share of the Manson EXO Louvre Roof system.

This is a fast-paced role looking after Auckland sales for our Louvre Roof division. Previous sales experience is essential, and a sound knowledge of the building and construction industry would be an advantage.

You will have high level of attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to read plans and offer creative solutions for our clients.

Sales Consultant Main Roles:
• Growing the EXO Louvre Roof sales and market share
• Lead generation across the wider Auckland area
• Attending sites to meet clients and perform site measures
• Interact with key personal regarding designs
• Ensuring that clients understand all aspects of the quote and products provided
• Maintaining solid customer relationships and forming new ones
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service
• Project managing the job from start to finish
• Advising clients on the best options for their site

Required skills:
• Have at least 3 years’ sales experience preferably in the building industry
• Accuracy and excellent time management
• Fantastic communication skills
• Upbeat and goal driven
• Structural and Aluminium knowledge is an advantage
• Able to accurately read & understand Architectural plans

The position will require the successful applicant to hold a current full driver’s license, work unsupervised to a high standard, be reliable and punctual.

Position available: Design Engineer

We are seeking a Design Engineer who will carry out a range of tasks to assist in designing and selling our products while also ensuring that they are then built correctly and cost effectively.

Design Engineer Main Roles:
• Design & drafting
• Site measure
• Supplier interaction (Quotes and information)
• Management and supervision of other Designers
• Training and upskilling
• Set up procedures and standards
• Interact with key personal regarding designs

Required skills:
• Degree in Structural Engineering
• Have at least 3 years’ industry experience
• Is proficient in Solid Works
• Accuracy and excellent time management
• Good communication skills
• Upbeat, goal driven
• Structural and Aluminium knowledge is an advantage
• Able to accurately read & understand Architectural and Structural drawings.

The position will require the successful applicant to hold a current full driver’s license, work unsupervised to a high standard, be reliable and punctual.

Position available: Aluminium Fabricator/Welder

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, experienced aluminium fabricator/welder to join our team. The work is mostly workshop based although at times, some site work may be required. A Site Safe passport would be an advantage.

The company focus is on top quality production in a timely manner to total customer satisfaction. Our workload has continuously increased to a point where we need to expand our workforce.

The position: The position will require the successful applicant to hold a current driver’s license, work unsupervised to a high standard, be reliable and punctual.
