Manson Engineering has successfully completed another exceptional project, this time for the SOHO group in Napier. The work at 100 Wellesley Road exemplifies our commitment to precision, innovation, and the ability to excel in out-of-town architectural projects.

One of the most valuable aspects of this project was our close collaboration with the SOHO group during the measurement, design, and manufacturing stages, ensuring every detail was accounted for. Thanks to this proactive approach, the installation phase went smoothly, with no unforeseen issues.

Project Highlights

  • Design Innovation: Bespoke balustrades and screens with angle palings and powdercoated screws were carefully designed to deliver a clean, seamless look—eliminating the visible screws typically found in similar installations.
  • Problem-Solving in Action: Through effective teamwork with the client, we ensured full compliance with PS1 requirements, resolving challenges with expertise.
  • Seamless Delivery: Flawless production and meticulous transportation ensured the product arrived in Napier undamaged—a critical achievement given the project’s distance from our facilities.

 Delivering Beyond Expectations

This project underscores Manson Engineering’s ability to go the distance, demonstrating both our geographical reach and our ability to deliver customised solutions for complex challenges.

Strengthening Partnerships

Building on the success of this project, we are proud to have begun a second in Napier and are continuing our collaboration with the SOHO group on additional initiatives.
