Hobsonville Point is a new idea for New Zealand home buyers, an entire community under construction at the end of Auckland’s northwestern motorway. There are several home building companies working on the project, and we’ve been proud to partner with more than one of them.

This project was for Jalcon, producers of architectural homes in contemporary styles that marry perfectly with our range of aluminium exterior products. We did all the balustrades inside and out, but our most significant contribution was the portal louvres that run the full height of the structure, providing sun protection to the two-storey townhouses. The louvres are as much an aesthetic flourish as they are a functional addition, but the end result is undeniably striking and with a bit of luck, should help the client sell through these homes. As part of Jalcon’s E Type designs in the CA9 section of Hobsonville Point, these homes overlook the green space at Bomb Point. If your interest is piqued, sales enquiries can be made through Jalcon.
