EXO LOUVRE ROOF CREATES ALL WEATHER ENTERTAINING SPACE

The clients for this EXO Louvre System installation, Tom and Emma, are not just customers but friends of the Manson Engineering team, so we were particularly pleased to deliver such an impressive finished product for their Western Springs home. Being in excess of 20sqm, a building permit was required, so we engaged an engineer to fast-track the paperwork. With the famously glacial Auckland council consent process, this proved crucial to delivering the project on time. The purpose of the EXO Louvre System was to make the client’s outdoor dining area usable year-round. We designed a custom louvre blade and discrete connection bracket for the frame and posts, as well as a custom frame and gutter system that hides the connection between the system and the roof.
